It must be clear to you that you cannot access Dark Web with your android or ios browser. And if you will try to browse Dark Web through browsers like chrome, safari you will not be allowed to establish connection.

All you have to do is download a dark web browser, like the Tor browser.

Step 1. Get yourself a good VPN service


You have to download and install a reliable VPN   

The main function of a VPN is to connect through different servers (an example like first you connect through Delhi,India server then VPN will redirect you to bouce your server location to other false locations like Delhi to US to UK to Sweden.........upto many) in this way no one can track your exact location.
